Processing Time

  • We usually pack within 24 hours on business days, followed by courier delivery time.

  • Special/custom orders may require additional time — this will be arranged directly with you via inbox/email.

Delivery & Carriers

  • We ship using Canada Post and UPS.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days, depending on location (GTA → Ontario → other provinces).

  • We ship worldwide; however, international orders require pre-order arrangements as checkout for overseas shipping is not automated.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer flat-rate shipping Canada-wide, subject to change without notice based on courier rate increases.

  • Tracking information is automatically sent to customers once the order is processed.

Delays & Responsibility

  • Please note that delays caused by postal services, strikes, transport interruptions, weather, or other external circumstances are out of our control.

  • In case of a lost parcel, we will file a refund claim ticket with the courier on your behalf and re-process your order once confirmed.

📦 Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We do our best to make sure you love your Nice Knots piece. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only when there is a manufacturing issue.

  • If an item arrives damaged or flawed, email us at niceknotscreations@gmail.com with photos and your order number — we will gladly help.

Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • If an issue arises within one year, we will receive the piece back for free inspection/repair.

  • After one year, repair services may be available — in that case, you pay round shipping, and we will fix it for a small fee.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or cleaning methods.

  • Using strong soaps, chemicals, or placing the piece in a washing machine.

  • Normal wear and tear.

We include care recommendations — please follow them to keep your piece beautiful.

Refunds

Refunds are granted only in specific situations:

  • If the item ordered is not available due to an inventory error, you may choose a different colour option.

  • If no alternative is wanted, a refund will be issued in the original payment method.
