NICEKNOTS HOLIDAY VENDOR MARKET RAFFLE

By participating in this raffle, I accept the terms and conditions below:

1. Organizer
   This raffle is organized by Niceknots in connection with the Holiday Vendor Market at CBC Make the Season Kind Day on December 5th, 2024.

2. Eligibility
   The raffle is open to all visitors of the Holiday Vendor Market. Participants under 16 should enter with the consent of a parent or guardian. No purchase is required.

3. How to Enter
   Participants enter the raffle by scanning the provided QR code and completing the online entry form, including name, email address, and acceptance of these terms.

4. Mailing List Consent
   By submitting the entry form, participants agree to join Niceknots’ email list and receive occasional updates and promotions.

   • Emails will be sent periodically and not excessively.

   • Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive their choice of one Niceknots necklace from the following collection pieces: Mays Monochrome, Ruth Monochrome, or Elli Bichromatic. No cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner Selection
   The draw will take place on December 7th, 2024. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7. Announcement of Winner
   The winning entry will be announced on Niceknots’ official Instagram page. The winner will also be contacted directly via the email provided on the entry form.

8. Prize Delivery
   After confirming their choice, the winner’s selected necklace will be shipped within 10 working days.

9. Privacy
   Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and managing the Niceknots mailing list. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. General Conditions
    Niceknots reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, provided no participant is unfairly disadvantaged.

11. Acceptance
    Submitting the entry form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
